I think it would be fair to say that RUSH may be the 3rd "best" rock band, behind the Beatles and The Rolling Stones, at least if you go by sales alone.

Source? I'm sorry, I love Rush, but I can't bring myself to believe that they are the 3rd best "top sales" rock band of history without legitimate data.

Rush has sold more than 40 million records worldwide and garnered untold legions of devoted and admiring fans. According to the RIAA, Rush's sales statistics place RUSH third after The Beatles and The Rolling Stones for the most consecutive gold or platinum studio albums by a rock band.

I worded it wrong in the first place, making it sound confusing and false.

I listened to 2112 the other day when driving to work, since it takes 20 mins to get there I was able to listen to that song from start to finish since it's just over 20 mins long.

Rush is good but a lot of people here are too young for that, Neil Peart is good but I think Nico McBrain of Iron Maiden is better.

Speaking of which. DAD, LISTEN TO THE NEW ALBUM SO I CAN ALREADY! I refuse to listen to it before him, and he's had it for a week! Argh!
