What I would have done personally would be to re-edit the shipped Hoth BFII map to include the missing BFI stuff. Except for a few missing bits the layout is the same. So there's no point adding Hoth BF1. It'd be like adding Endor BF1 just because BFII removed the destroyable Shield Bunker.

Thus requiring me to:
a) Break online compatibility, and/or
b) Ship a larger map (edited SWBF2 Hoth) than edited SWBF1 Hoth

The way it's done should be the optimal way.
