HELP Conversion mod 2.2 crashes my game
Help me, whenever I play instant action the game crashes to the desktop instead of loading. This only happens when I play the Kotor era and the new game types and maps. I have the patch, and I have the files saved to the right area. Help is needed and thanked.

1. would be nice to have a error log.
2. I just guess. Have you installed 2.0 before 2.2 as far as i know you need 2.0 before install 2.2. Have a look in the readme to check this

Re: HELP Conversion mod 2.2 crashes my game
If you have modtools installed run the BF2_modtools.exe in the BF directory. Than when it crashed you get the error log in the BFront2.log file.
found in the FAQs wrote: Question #4 - I have the CD version of SWBF2 and I get a binkw32.dll error when trying to launch the BF2_modtools.exe, what's wrong?
Answer - The BF2_modtools.exe is the debug executable, copy it from C:\BF2_ModTools and paste it in the same folder as your BattlefrontII.exe, usually:
C:\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars Battlefront II\GameData
you can launch BF2_modtools.exe and play your map then exit or let it crash to generate a BFront2.log located in that same folder.
If you encounter a "Please insert CD 1" dialogue or have the DVD or digital download version of SWBF2 use THIS modified BF2_modtools.exe
Note to Vista users:
If you can't find your BFront2.log it may be saved to this location:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\LucasArts\Star Wars Battlefront II\GameData
or click on the Compatibility Files button in the GameData folder.

Time out. Before you do anything unnecessary, like downloading the mod tools (which, by the way, won't tell you anything, since you presumably haven't been changing the mod's files), tell us how many (if any) other mods you have installed (and which ones).

I have the TOR Mod which works perfectly, and then I have the BFX mod. Which also doesn't work. Every time the game loads it just crashes and goes to my homescreen. I am also playing on Steam, if that helps.

Should I just delete lvls I don't want?

Re: HELP Conversion mod 2.2 crashes my game
Don't "delete" anything, and especially don't start deleting pieces of mods. If you have too many missions installed (and you do, if you have everything installed you say you have installed at once), just remove one or two of the mod folders from your "addon" folder. Switch them around, just don't try to play them all at once.

Re: HELP Conversion mod 2.2 crashes my game
Ok, well I did what you said. I did not delete anything. I put some mods in another folder for now. It worked fine until, I got to the loading screen. The KOTOR Era is the problem. Maps were fine. Game types like classic conquest wont work as well. Its the Era and game types. It keeps on crashing it.

What is still in your addon folder?
Having removed "some mods," are any of the mods you removed still selectable in the game?
