Does anyone have any recomendations for FREE programs that let you make your own movies on PC? Like recording Footage in Empire at war, or any game for that matter.

Fraps is the best I've seen so far. Is worth the money. The freebees haven't been able to even match what it can do (like record swbf).

Thanks for the links guys. I ended up getting fraps, but one question: how do you get sound to work? My PC has the sound on, and I checked it in the Fraps menu for sound. Any Advice?

I think there's an option you can turn on to make it record sound, no wait, im sure there is.

Also, is there a movie recording thing that requires less RAM than 256 MB, cause i have Fraps but it goes to slow to record, i mean impossible to record.

Pilot', have you checked your "Volume control" (Accessible through the following path : "[Start] menu > All programs > Accessories > Entertainment") and "Audio properties" ? (Which can be found here : "[Start] menu > Configuration panel > "Sounds, voice and audio devices" > "Sounds and audio devices" > [Audio] tab > Audio recording")

I used fraps and it was just very quiet, so you had to turn the sound all the way up...

No, I scanned it. You don't get a virus by getting it there. Besides, I use to know that guy.

Raptor', if I had been you, I'd have never promoted the content available on Crack.ms since, firstly, it is strictly prohibited on message-boards, and secondly, this web-site is surely one the most unwanted "cracks / serial numbers provider" registered on the Web, because of the alarming amount of pornographic advertisements displayed along its browsing...

Lead', could you provide me screen-captures of the windows I've mentioned earlier, please ? :| (Also, giving me the list of devices available in the scrolling menus displayed in them might not be useless...)
