Steam Games died after auto update to Win10

Hey guys,

I hope this is the right category and someone can help me.

2 weeks ago my Laptop updated from Windows 7 to 10. Right before I bought Rogue Squadron on Steam and when I started it I couldnt see the Menu but it reacted to my moving cursor - was even able to start a new game by randomly clicking around.

After the Update I wasnt able to start it anymore, a few days later BF2 (also Steam) stopped starting (at first it worked on Win10)

I tried some compatibility modes and enabled the Stereo Mix.

Non of it worked, both games wont start.

Any more ideas?
