I recently got Americas Army 3, but found out I could not play it. I went to their support website and they said that Kaspersky Internet Security 2011 is crashing the games engine, Unreal Engine 3 (UE3). The solution was quite simple. If you had a license remaining you could upgrade to 2012 for free, or install the 2010 version. I upgraded to 2012 and I could play the game. Im not sure how many people have KIS 2011, but if you are unable to play certain games, and the engine is UE3, then Kaspersky may be to blame. I hope this helps someone experiencing this problem.

Hidden/Spoiler:
Kaspersky 2011 stops unreal 3 engine games from working - even if the antivurus is disabled. It stops the Unreal Engine 3 from running by crashing "ntdll.dll" and reporting it as a APPCrash.

The only known resolution is to uninstall the 2011 version and install the 2010 version.

KIS 2011 until the version kis11.0.1.400 included was working with UE3 games, the problem started after with the .556 version, all other kis2011 versions released later had the problem too.

For those having problems > get KIS 2012 , if your license is still valid you can upgrade to 2012, just download it from Kaspersky website
I downloaded 2012 and now I can play Americas army 3, and im loving it.

This is true. I had this same problems when trying to play Transformers: War for Cybertron.
