Whenever I use the cheats to unlock costumes on TFU they don't save until the next time I start the game. And why this is annoying? Because since this is a port, there is no mouse pointer and keyboard typing supported for this game. So in order to unlock the skins, I have to type 20 words all over again like on a xbox 360. But 360 saves the costumes. PC doesn't. (maybe it could be a glitch or so)
Anybody else that plays TFU on PC getting this problem?
Thanks.

Maybe since you cheated to get the costumes, it won't save them. Do costumes save when you unlock them without cheats?

It's been two years since I played TFU, but I'm pretty sure the only costumes you unlock without cheats are the couple extra ones for Starkiller. The ones like the Stormtrooper, Aayla Secura, Darth Vader, Mara Jade, etc are only unlocked through cheat codes.

Starkiller's extra costumes save such as desert survival gear and sith stalker armour. The rest like the shadow trooper and stormtrooper commanders don't. (The DLC cotumes are even cooler)computergeek wrote:Maybe since you cheated to get the costumes, it won't save them. Do costumes save when you unlock them without cheats?
Shadow trooper + Black saber crystal = Beast
On PS2 version of TFU I could save my cheated costumes, I think since the game is a port they forgot to add these things to the save system.

They disabled the save system in the PC version after inputting cheats so people couldn't have a legitimate save file that was invincible or with godlike power. I get to use this pic two times in one day!

Hidden/Spoiler:
EDIT: Its not legitimate cheating because you can't get the dlc costumes without using the cheat...

I dunno about you, but when I bought TFU:USE, mine came with all the dlc skins already unlocked.
Have you updated to 1.1?
Have you beaten the game without any cheats since you last installed it?
Are you trying to use any other cheats besides characters and costumes?
If the answers to those questions are yes, yes, no, then I have no idea how to help you. Because I haven't had to put in any cheats to get my skins.
So I guess I should be asking:Star Wars The Force Unleashed: Ultimate Sith Edition is a non-canon stand-alone game continuation of The Force Unleashed, depicting the events of Galen Marek after becoming the Emperor's apprentice, Lord Starkiller. The game has the original Force Unleashed, and also three new levels, one of which was originally exclusive to the Ultimate Sith Edition. The game also includes all of the original Force Unleashed's downloadable content, including character skins, costumes, databank entries, and more.
