Best HDTV for gaming.

Post by EJMM »

So I bought this Samsung UN32C400 LED TV mostly to play games and movies, and although the image quality is great, it produces 'ghosting' or lots of image blur when something is in motion, it's very noticeable, specially in games, and it isn't very sharp. Bottom line, I'm selling it.

I would like some advice on which one should I choose, an LCD, LED or Plasma? and what characteristics should it have.

I dont know what brand or specific model, but go with a LCD TV, they are far superior to anything, in my opinion. Liquid Crystal for the win.

You can't return it for a refund? :o

I personally have a Samsung UN55C7000 LED TV (this one here). I just recently hooked my Nintendo 64 up to it, and the playing experience was the best yet. I'm pretty sure a friend of mine also has this TV model. I thought the original Xbox and games played looked great on it with none of the issues you mentioned, I don't think. I'd recommend it.
