Hey guys, ever since I went into the BIOS and changed memory voltage from 1.2 to 1.3 (max is 2.4) the computer is randomly restarting when i'm playing a game, I doesn't even tell me a log or 'stop responding' before it does. I disabled automatically restart in security options and restored my BIOS defaults but it still does it. I also overclocked my CPU by 15 % but I've never had this problem when I did.
Is it to do with temperature? (its 40 degrees today lol) Or has my overclocking ****** my cpu?
(But remember it only happens in games)
UPDATE: (EDIT)
Just got the blue screen of death 3 times in row about MEMORY MANAGEMENT and it wasn't ingame. I don't understand, I did a clean OS install, defaulted BIOS settings.

Could be hardware then. I don't overclock because I don't need to, eventually it will damage your hardware. IMO the first thing you could try is swapping out RAM, then PSU, then CPU. But only if you have spare parts lying around, otherwise just take it to a computer store.

Go back to default settings. If you're getting random restarts you're damaging your hardware, simple as that.

In addition to everyones fine suggestions you can Also either run a bios and memory test http://www.memtest86.com/ or restore your pc.

o_O...I did a clean OS install, defaulted BIOS settings.
Anyway, back on topic, the problem was because the games I were playing still thought I had my 'default memory' setting and since i overclocked memory, the game wasnt used to my 'new memory'. I reinstalled my games settings and files to. That fixed it. I also figured that those random restarts were to do with temperature. When it reaches past 80 Degrees it shuts down. So now I'm on CPU overclock by 15 % instead. No probs
