Hello GT.
This issue started a few days ago. I would sign in to WLM, and it would load contacts, and then after about 1 second it would just crash out, with no error message or anything. I looked up on the support site, and did a complete clean install, which fixed the problem...for a day. Next day when I log on, it crashes out once again. I have no idea what is causing this - I had made no updates to it and Automatic Updates on my computer is turned off.
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

Maybe you should use a different IM client?
I really like Trillian- connects to everything I have that is social and it looks sweet too. Give it a shot! http://www.trillian.im

I had this problem to, just uninstall all of your contacts and the client and then reinstall the new version by itself, then it will work... hopefully.

No, that only worked for a day like a said in the first post. The Windows tutorial on doing a clean install removes everything - including the Registry related things. But thanks for the input.Lozza wrote:I had this problem to, just uninstall all of your contacts and the client and then reinstall the new version by itself, then it will work... hopefully.
EDIT:
Trillian works great, thanks jedikiller32!
