Now, for starters i use IE8, and Trend Micro.

When i try to get on FF, or any of their networks, i get this error:
Hidden/Spoiler:

This only happens if a site has a dangerous ad on it. How can i get in it without the ad (guessing thats it)?

Doesn't it tell you what to do at the bottom of the pic?
Open the Trend Micro Internet Security console.
Click Internet and Email Controls
Click the Settings... button under Protection Against Web Threats
Click the Approved Websites link in the next window that opens.
Copy and paste the address of the blocked website into the list.
Sounds like its what you need to do. Have you tried it yet?

It's probably an ad problem. Filefront's had this issue before. Otherwise, it may be a false positive.

Here's what you need to do:
  • Download Firefox. IE is outdated and not standards-compliant.
  • Go to addons.mozilla.org and download Adblock Plus and Noscript.
  • Browse the web knowing that nothing will ever harm you again. Unless you allow it through Noscript.
If that doesn't appeal to you, then keep on doing what you're doing. Just post it on the Filefront forums and I'm sure someone there with authority will look into it for you. If you can't get through with that, then you may have to do it using the above method to block all potentially malicious scripts and disable your antivirus temporarily.

None of the above methods are likely to work/change anything, Trend Micro detects things even if they are blocked.

eh, no. If TM is blocking something, there is a reson.

@JK: i do have firefox, but i only use it for website building (check to see if its compatable, etc.). Also, i cant post on the forums because i cant get into anything with the filefront.com address.

Then I would disable it temporarily. ABP and Noscript should protect you from anything on there. Whether or not Trend Micro detects them is irrelevant to whether or not they actually do anything to your system. If it bothers you that much, install Virtualbox and install a Linux distro or whatever so you can just nuke it if it gets infected.

If need be, I will post about this for you on the FF forums and see if I can help get it resolved. I am using Avira and I have no problems with the site. Google also says nothing is wrong with the site as of today. http://www.google.com/safebrowsing/diag ... efront.com

I am suspecting this is a false positive. Has anyone encountered this with any other software?

It still doesn't work today. I did try the AdBlocker and Noscript, but TM still blocks it, and Nosctipt blocks Trend Micro...
