Better way to save an animated avatar?

Post by IndianaJoe »

I was wondering, how would i go about saving this:
Image
so it could conform to the very small  29.3 KB avatar rule, is there a better way to save than as a GIF in gimp? when i do that it is 87 kb.

You can upload it to an image hosting site (like what you are already doing) and then link it as your avatar. There isn't a size limit for that.
