Odd internet problem

It seems to me that there's something wrong with my internet browser resolution. No matter what site I seem to go to, all the text appears smaller than it should, and all the smilies over here look small and blurry. Does anyone know what's wrong? I'm using Internet Exporer 7, if that helps.

Ctrl + Mouse wheel

Mess around with that until you get a size that looks right.
