I tried loading Mod_tools and when i try to make my map it says
Runtime Error
cannont create a VisualMunge
I don't know how to fix it, i tried re-downloading...

cannot create a visual munge? are you sure? I mean, I got a runtime error. try re-starting your computer and trying again, or if not, try munging on an administrator's acount, and if that doesn't work, restart and try again on that acount. also make sure if it doesn't work the first time, give it a few more tries, and see if it works then.
