BF1 not working

First I am sorry if this has been posted some where else and i did not see it or this is in the wrong place.
Every time I try and play BF1 I get this. I have Windows Vista Home Premium.
Help

Have you tried re-installing? If that doesn't work run it in compatibility mode (right click the icon, go to properties, click on compatibility on the top tabs, select to run in compatibility mode for XP)

1.) I have re-installed 3 or 4 times. Still doesn't work.
2.) I have tried that for every option in compatibility mode. And still doesn't work.

Running as admin?
Installing as Admin?
Disabling Aero Glass?
Updating GFX drivers?
Try those and report back.

None of those worked. But its okay I got it to work on another Computer. Admins feel free to lock this topic.
