Well here's the deal when I try to upload a screen-shot I can't because I get this error:

The extension bmp is not allowed.

I don't know why and I don't know how to convert it to a JPEG any help?

Open it with Microsoft Paint and save as jpeg?

Ya, JPEG is lower-quality but it makes any picture much smaller in size. Very handy for picture uploads.

Still won't work I am now getting this error.

The file is too big, maximum allowed size is 256 KiB.

What picture upload site are you using?

I am trying to get them on the GameToast Glamor Thread if that's what you mean.

Oh, so your uploading it to GameToast? I usually use another site like PhotoBucket or ImageShack and they don't usually have any restrictions on images.

You're likely not saving it as a jpg, just renaming it. When you save the file in paint be sure to click the dropdown below the file name to change the type to jpg

Open the .bmp in Paint, go to File > Save As

Then under "Save as Type" Change it from 24-bit Bitmap to PNG.
