Yahoo Pagebuilder bypass?

Post by computergeek »

I absolutely hate Yahoo Pagebuilder, but I don't have money to buy a domain at the time and I'm just making this site for fun. Anyway what I want to know is that Pagebuilder saves in .html (may be .htm) so I was wondering if I used an external program, could I upload it there and link it to the rest of my site? I don't know much about web pages but I do understand the logic of scripting and web design.

Yes, you can upload to http://geocities.yahoo.com/v/ul.html once you're signed into Yahoo Geocities. Your main page MUST be named default.htm, default.html, index.htm or index.html. Other than that you're good to go.
