Aviary

I recently discovered a website called Aviary. It's a free service that provides a suite of web based image-editing applications. Phoenix does most of what Photoshop or GIMP can do, and Peacock is an awesome effects laboratory once you get it figured out. I haven't had the chance to test-drive Raven - a vector editor, or Talon - a firefox extention, because you need a pro account to use them (it's not completely free.
