Does anyone here use Internet Explorer 8? I'm currently on it and I've been using it for a while. I gotta say its much faster than IE7 but it doesn't have support for much addons & toolbars but its great for just browsing and its got some new features. You might just want to wait until its officially released as an update but I thought I'd throw it out there. What are your thoughts on it?

I was gonna get it. IE7 seems really bad right now for some reason. Maybe it's because I've been using Firefox for the last 4 months or so. Well this is the family computer, and I'm pretty much not allowed to install anything third-party unless I okay it with my Dad. For some reason, he doesn't like Mozilla.

Anyways, I might get this because IE7 is really bugging me (get it?).

Yeah, there's something about IE7. I don't like the style (BTW the theme for IE8 is really good I think) or the speed (IE7 drives me nuts loading, not so much for the page loading but starting up, opening new tabs, etc.). I think IE8 is faster than Firefox, because my Firefox is really slow. Must me because of all the AddOn's :P

Firefox will always be my #1 Web Browser because it has tons of AddOn's and theme's to download with no messing around with any files, its very easy to use. My only complaint is you can't use a lot of Toolbars and other AddOn's if their not "Firefox AddOn's".

If Facebook Chat worked correctly on IE8, I would use it full time. But it doesn't, so I'm just kind of going with the flow and using Firefox.

I really like it. It runs fast, it has some cool new features(mainly web slices) and it seems fairly dependable. And it's only in beta. So, Facebook, get your act together! :)

I'm pretty sure that i'm using IE7 at the moment. Too lazy to make sure.
The tab system helps a lot, and it's working great for me. It's a teensy bit slow, but then again, my internet connection is [Diet Pepsi] slow.

It's not the style or anything that has been bothering me lately.
It just freezes up randomly (only on certain pages of certain websites though) so it's really weird.

So I tried it out and it basically crashed my computer. So I won't be getting it 'til it's out of beta (we're releasing on time).

I didn't like IE8 at first, but I actualy might install it. IE7 has always worked for me, and it's hard to let it go...

I'll probably give it a try when it's no longer in beta stage. I had been using Firefox for a few months and liked it, but then my computer started blocking it for some reason and I haven't been able to figure out why, so I'm back on IE7 for now.
