Simple Question

Is there a way to turn off the sound of my camera on my Nokia 5700 XpressMusic?

On my Nokia 6555, if you go into camera mode, there's a way to get to options, then an option for settings, and the toggle for camera sounds is in there. Maybe there's something similar for your phone?

Most phones don't allow the sound option to be turned off because of the increasing amount of people who take inappropriate photos with them. That being sad, if you're desperate to find a way to do it, just search using google.

No i'm not taking such photos.The sound just annoys me and thanks for the idea

Yeah there are options but only for the photo modes like quality and resolution
I've read the menual 2 times and i guess there isn't a function at all
