Where is Scroll Lock on the keyboard, does every key board have one?

Generally will be somewhere in the upper right area of the keyboard, all keyboards should have it

Post a picture of your keyboard, and we could find it, I always liked "Where's Waldo".

I'm gonna say one thing: check the pause/break button, you keyboard looks a lot like mine, and they share a button. If this involves XFire, and you can't find it, I'd suggest changing it.

If you really need it, then for a last resort you could use the Windows built-in on screen keyboard.
Located at Start>All Programs>Accessories>Accessibility>On-Screen Keyboard
This has a scroll lock key.

On my keyboard i use a key called Pause Break for my scroll lock, try using that.

Remember if you are on about Xfire... Hold pause break and click X.

Also, on my keyboard i have to have "Fn" off. Hope that helps.

Ok Thanks guys. If I did want to change Xfire controls so I wouldn't have to use scroll lock how would I do that?

'Tis easy.
I'll give you an example. I'm tell you how to change the chat hotkey from scroll lock + x to page up + page down (my combo, very useful for, say, battlefront).
Go to the "Tools" tab. Click "Options". Now, on the top of the options window, there are a lot of tabs. Click on the tab that says "Chat". Now there's a box that says X-Fire Ingame. Click on the button that says "X-Fire Ingame Chat Key Binding." Now press Page Up. Hold it. Press Page Down. Voila, it now says (under the button) Page Up + Page Down. It originally said Scroll Lock + X. Now, go in a game and press page up and page down. The chat window should open.
Here are my useful Key Bindings.
Chat: Page Up + Page Down
Screen: Page Up + End
Vid: Home + End
Voice Chat: Screw it, voice chat is stupid.
Broadcast: I have not touched broadcast, as I sorta don't know what it does.

Broadcast is like a live video of the game your playing so other people can watch the game online as your playing it. You can chat with your viewers at the same time too, something I gotta try out
