Google Earth

Post by trainmaster611 »

For sometime, I have been using Google Earth v4.2. It worked for a while, but after some time, I noticed it stopped connecting to the internet, because when I entered a new area where I had never been before, it wouldn't update the information the image for the new area so I had a lowrez image.

Then today, I started up Google Earth again and got this error

If you click yes, instead of giving you a diagnosis, it says it is displayed in the browser and you should follow the recommended steps. Huh?

Then, if you click ok, it bring you to google earth, and there is nothing there, you can see the space background but nothing else. There is no myplaces over to the left, and everything is blank. So its not reading any data.

I went to the google earth website and updated to 4.3. I got the same error. So this time, I completely uninstalled, and installed 4.3 again. Still the same error. That really baffles me, when I removed all traces of the old google earth.

Obviously Google knows something we don't, and it's not a good something.
