So since Feb 17th my windows module installer has been crashing after 20mins after start up. Meaning i can't uninstall nor install anything that requires Install Shield. I've searched around and i'm unable to find a fix. Does anyone have any advice or know how to fix this?
NOTE: System Restore didn't automatically create a restore point.

Can you uninstall it through Window's Add or Remove Software?

it doesn't show in the uninstall programs list. And it's part of hte OS so i don't think so.

Is this on Windows XP or Vista?
