Ok, I got Fraps, and the file size is... too big 2 seconds without sound and in half size = 14 MB

Anyone know of any good (free of course) video converters and or compressors?

Just tweak the output to make it slightly lower quality. If Fraps can't do it, then run it through Windows Movie Maker, I'm pretty sure that it has a pretty easy export function.

That's what I've done. It can export to wmv. Of course, it takes forever to arrange the clips since it chops the video up into many short segments when you import it. Then it takes forever to export (like 10 mins for a 20 second video).
