anyone know of any good anti virus software. i just have free stuf and it doesnt work good. can anyone recommend some good anti virus programs?

Try Avast. It's also free but it works way better that any other software.

flip', I've bought and tested many Anti-Virus softwares with time, and I think those which might be considered as "good" are the following ones :
