Cheap 360

I was thinking and thought I might want a xbox 360 for christmas.
Anyone know if I could get one for $100 of less
(preferably not an auction)

You would probably be better off buying a new Xbox 360s instead of a used one. The older versions had many more issues, and buying used is just plain risky when it comes to 360's.

I believe the Arcade variant is either 100 or 200, but that comes with very limited features and still has the old brittle heat syncs.

Oh and never buy a 360 from an auction site. I once saw "NEW 360 Working Condition Green LED Lights Replaced w/ Red" on eBay one time.
