I found this free audio editer program called

no kidding, it cool, it does everything audacity does and more, and like the name implies,
IT FREE!

It looks a little suspicious to me, but ESET didn't catch anything so I don't know. This should probably have been posted in the Technical Advice and Tutorials section just for future reference. Audacity works great for me.

as for being suspicious, i downloaded it a long time ago, no viruses detected.

Looks like an option for someone with out Audacity or Garageband. I still think Garageband is better.
