Change screen resolution of SWBF1 with the shortcut [Solved]

is there a command you can write into the shortcut target to change the resolution? My game will go only up to 1024x768, i want it to go to 1366x768.

Add ' -height x -width x' to your shortcut in the textbox where it calls the.exe. I forgot if this worked(in swbf, it does in other games) or how it worked. Belk made a launcher utility for this. The units will be stretched though.

Thanks for the link mav. inside the vidmode ini file my resolution is listed with all 1's on the end but is still not enabled in game. did i miss something? ill read through it again in the meantime.

EDIT: alright ive edited my target to this:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\LucasArts\Star Wars Battlefront\GameData\battlefront.exe" /resolution 1366 768

but i dont notice any difference in game. what could be wrong?

Your machine may not support that resolution. 1366 seems like an awfully strange number for screen resolution.

thats my screens native resoution. i even went to whatsmyscreenresolution.com or something and checked it

The menu/main screen will always be 800x600. Ill see if i can find the launcher when i get back to my own computer(weekend).
