Bobfinkl's unreleased maps

So I'm back, but only in a certain sense. As with all of us, life eventually catches up to you, especially in the field of engineering. But despite that, over the past few years I'd worked on a couple projects here and there modding-wise, and though these aren't all of them I just wanted to gauge the interest in these should I go through the trouble of releasing them. These are all unfinished maps, but are more than complete functionality-wise, and honestly they might be (in my personal opinion) some of the most fun maps I have ever played for this game, every time I get on my old modding computer I just HAVE to play one of these. There are more, I think, but these are just 3 of the ones that I have loaded on the game prepped and ready to go.
Designated days: build 1:
Aaris III:
Designated days: build 5:
If you want the source code, ask, I might just be willing to give it out, including the sides. however, the sides come at the cost that you may not modify them save for models/skins.
Anyways, enjoy.
Kuat Island
Designated Days build 5
Aaris 3

Designated Days was really fun, I'd love to play these versions. Aaris looks like it might need a bit of a touch-up, a few more props for cover here and there, but maybe that's just my own taste.
What sort of engineering, by the way?

It was, honestly I found it more fun with my sides that I created but then again I'm biased and I tend to lean to more vanilla-type side setups. That's true the pictures I showed don't really show much of the cover on the map, but I can assure you there is more than enough on the map just the background hasn't really been filled in to prevent you from looking out onto nothing.
Automotive/mechanical engineering, I work in suspension design and chassis architecture

The screenshots look interesting. It would be great if you could finish a few of them but your job basically gives you no time which stinks. If you really have no time to continue working on them then just release your hard work, people will understand. I would also be interested in playing some of these maps as well.

Sorry for the disappearance, I left from holiday break and didn't have access to my computer with all the maps. Now I'm back and I'll be able to release these maps, hopefully in a few days.

Kuat download link, sides are set to stock and I have my sides replacing my stock sides so how it plays for you is going to be different than how I play it so I can't say much for gameplay. Anyways:

EDIT: Designated days build 1. This is by far my favorite gameplay-wise, also the sides I created should be included which make the map significantly more entertaining due to the large scale nature of the map.

EDIT2: To all those who PM'ed me about the source files to the maps (specifically Kuat), I'll release them on here as a general public release.
Enjoy, more are on the way.

I love Kuat! I have always been a fan of island maps in any game. I really like the look of the map and feel. This map, and your Alderaan map are my top 2 favorite maps in this game! One bug I would like to report though, the droids don't seem to move very much. Dont know if thats meant to be but I still love this map! Aris or whatever your other map is, is the next one that I look forward to. The beachhead version of that map is one of my faves as well

Was DD5 always there? I don't recall ever seeing the screenshots. Anyway, the screenshots remind me of this one mod I played where there was a Naboo city in the middle of a grassland, some bases on the outsides with gungan shields, and some flying ships. Anyone who can link that mod gets a pack of skittles! GO!

I'm not entirely sure why they would be standing still, I don't have that issue but it could be due to different sides used and AI programmings.
What's DD5?

Designated Days Build 5, sorry.

Ah okay, I go either by DB5 or D05 (so as not to be confused with the famous Aston Martin used in James Bond movies).
That aside, I actually wrote that incorrectly. It should be D02, I always get those two mixed up. I also have D05, but that is far less complete of a map than D02 which is fully armed and operational. I do believe that the designated days team has both maps (originally created by me), and I'm not sure exactly what modifications they have done.
Nonetheless, the other few maps will be uploaded shortly, and source codes too.
