But if i change the coulor a bit more green or blue or red it's legal isn't it??

Rogue is right because Republic Commando also have editor for can extract/modify (mod tools RC) textures/model files etc, so technically i can edit them and use because was public released XD, if not i can't modify files from mod tools bf2 so?

Read what I wrote. Did Lucasarts give explicit permission for you to use them in any game? If they did not, then don't do it.

well so i can't release them only, but yeah releasing in mod :P , really is strange as legal are somethings in other countries :clone:

If you can find an acceptable substitute, please do. As I already posted, it will not be acceptable in the future to release things like this either separately or in a mod. We won't give you grief for having them in this, because our rules weren't clear, but any future mod should not have any textures not officially released.

Just to clarify, I pulled up the texture in unrealed and took a screenshot then cropped it down and painted out the parts I didn't want but I didn't rip anything from RC that wasn't visually available. If anything I am guilty of using it for SWBF2 therefore I will remove this texture from the Grievous with cape assets and from this point forward I don't expect anyone else to use that texture in any maps/mods on Gametoast either.

I have nothing against yours, just hate when people make difference :? :clone: i don't search bother you or nothing of that don't worry :)

why? :P i know all clones are same only diferent helmet, so i searched use different body (engineer hd normal etc) for all clones :)

VF501 made the model, just not the texture.
