You have to change the skin by going into the clone trooper's .tga file with a picture editor.

like what kind of picture editor

and i just would like to change it for one map

You can use any program just as long as the final file extension is .TGA. I use image forge just to save stuff as .TGA.

Check download.com for free software, a lot of them on there have that ability!

I use photoshop.

But sadly it has only a 30 free trial. Darn those limited trials lol

well i opened the clonetrooper file on ARCSoft PhotoStudio and it works but how do i change the color without changing it in the whole game

Hm... I suggest you read the BF2 Jedi Creation doc before starting. That would help you a lot
