To make a tiebomber say move slower do you have to go through the rigramole of creating a whole new side for your bomber just to get it to slow down?

I see the speed lines in the .odf but not wanting to change anything in the main sides folder does it mean going through a jedi like creation making a new bomber out of the existing .msh, .tgas etc etc etc just to slow the bomber down? Saw another thread on similar but was a barc speeder the guy had managed to adjust the speeders settings but there were no hints at all how it was done....

Ive managed to do it by copying the entire imp side over to my worlds side but its absolutely huge and adds 75% onto the size of the mod which is silly really.

Thanks

Well, I'm quite sure that you need to make a new side for your new bomber. Once you get all the bombers assets in your new side then you can just adjust the odf's

Yup the trick is getting all the right assets in as its not the easiest thing in the world but reading the .odfs should help. I hate sledge hammer tactics like copying an entire side just to get one unit working will continue on with this.

well you donĀ“t need to create the whole imp side again. Simple create a new side for the single bomber.

Yup I did this Rends and its now much smaller and proper. Just a snag tho whenever I adjust sides like this by adding new ones the map seems to crash on multiplayer even tho its stable in single player.

I have another little map which is a basic tunnel fight no messing with sides and it is extremely stable..same guys play on the adjusted sides one and its crash city:-(
