In Sat's Urdur Hakon Lava world tutorial the basics are pretty much the same, however it's aimed at an earlier version of zeroeditor and BFBuilder as opposed to the now used Visualmunge It's best to stick with the documentation that accompanies the current tools. It's very comprehensive and easily findable either by looking in the C:\BF2_ModTools\documentation folder or via the modtools link from your startbar. The "getting started" doc is about 19 pages of A4 long so you'd never be able to paste it.
