Lots of Input needed for Clone Wars Realism Mod!!!!

I basically need people to help me with this mod. At the mo i have various peeps but they are aslo involved in other things so basically i need:
A 2D Artist (Mainly for textures but perhaps a bit of skinning)
A 3D Artist (At the mo i have dragonum helping but he is working with other stuff, this will probabily be mainly for props but perhaps a few units/vehicles if good enough(working with XSI))
A Mapper (Someone who has a basic knowledge of mapping)
PS.I will add more if needed.
PPS. Feel free to offer your services even though not mentioned as i'm not really sure what else i need.

Perhaps i better tell peeps what this is about: Well first there is the topic
here. But i think that that is a little too remote, so the basic idea is this: A series of maps from the battle of coruscant up till the end of the wars (basically ep3 battles) which will hopefully include correct units/vehicles/starfighters/capital ships (yes there will be a few space maps along the way, namely coruscant to begin with). These will be both Republic and CIS not just Republic as it mostly pronounces on the topic. The mapss will try to be a realistic to the movies as is possible, this includes skins/models/weapons etc.
Note: if you would like to be an idea man or just want to vent your views etc. please post on the previous topic as this one is just for recrutements etc.
As you can probabily see from the topic this is a huge project hence the need for more help from peeps(i only have 7 men working on this including me and 2 of them working on other projects so i really need more input PLEASE!!

to find betatesters are very easy.
but most of this guys, dont know, what a betatester realy is, i had guys, who want to be beta testers for my swbf1 maps, but the only reason, whas to play the maps before they are released.
and every good modding team or maper, knows enough guys to test there map.
OGEB dont search betatester, he need people who can realy help with this mod, make texture, models, maps and help with other importend things.
i help with models, but cant make everything, most of the models i did, are in use for my modding team, so its not a problem for me to make a few models.
i wich i can help more, i try to help where i can.
there are enough people who work alone on maps or texture or skins or models, why dont work together on a mod, you guys get new models and more help in a team.
and you make better maps, more people more ideas.
most of the released map could be much better, why did every one release 1000 betas and sometimes no final.
so, why not working on maps in a team?

Huh? i don't get ur point about working on a team. I see what ur saying about beta testing (which i WOULD like to do for HELP and not for jus being about to play the maps before they are released)
well anyway i said i would like to be a beta tester b/c then i could give u imput on bugs and stuff. iv already helped other people by being a beta tester. i even post screens to show exactly what i mean. well w/e if u don't need me then oh well.

I can make skins, make new units (but not the models) I can map, hex edit, anything which doesn't require XSI Foudation.

Oh right you're putting them here, i thought you would've made a new topic, or at least put them in the general topic for the mod.(as i already said) anyway no harm done. It really does look great. BTW is the mod you're describing there this one, because 1. It's called Clone Wars Realism Mod (Simply) and 2. It cover not only reskinning/texturing but everything we can do. Also the screenshots are both the same. You forgot the hangar one!
