The particle editor was updated in a few small ways, and with the addition of a few types of effect, for BF2. The BF1 editor will work though.

Patience.

If you are planning to use the swbf 1 particle editor, d/l this http://www.secretsociety.com/forum/down ... Update.zip, and read the readme and follow the instructions.

What about the SWBF II particle editor? It requires core.lvl and common.lvl, but the directory where they were placed for the SWBF I editor no longer works.

*edit* Okay. If you put the particleditor.exe from your toolsFL/bin folder into SWBF II's LVL_PC folder, then it will only complain about not being able to read common.lvl and appears to work fine. However, if you move common.lvl and core.lvl into the bin folder, it does not work. Most peculiar.
