I just spent a fairly long time working on a map and now i cant play it. When I load it up on Instant Action or as a on ded online server my game crashes. I was testing along the way and everything was fine but once i did a "rough draft" of the AI paths i wanted the map wont load. What did i do wrong? if i take out the AI paths will my map work again?

I had a similar problem but with turrets. My map was fine I introduced turrets and did it incorrectly my game then kept crashing.. in fact couldnt even load the map.
I backtracked the last few changes I had made and got rid of them and map works fine. As Ive got a DVD version I cant use any way to spot errors except by backtracking.

If you did a lot of work on the paths, you can test that fairly easily by renaming your world's .PLN (path-plan) file to have some meaningless extension (.PLN-old or something). You can also do that to the .BAR (barrier) file, though that shouldn't be crashing it.
When you've done that, *clean* then munge. If it now works, then yes, it was your paths.

I did have some turrets so i got rid of them and i tried doing a clean before i munged and it still didnt work. I deleted all my AI path plans and still nothing. I have no idea what it could be but I'm starting to get really frustrated because i put a lot of effort into this map and i cant even play it. If anybody has an idea whats going on please let me know so i can fix this.
P.S. my xfire user name is krayt88 just fyi.

I dont know if this has anything to do with it but this is what my MungeLog says after the last munge:
ERROR[PC_texturemunge world1\besX.tga]:TextureMunge(besx:11x11x1): Must have power of two dimensions!
ERROR[PC_texturemunge world1\besX.tga]:TextureMunge(besx:11x11x1): Must have power of two dimensions!
