Well, i've checked zeroeditor and the spawn paths show up there. I've checked the Lua's and the forums for help and still no luck. Here is the bfront2 log.

Basically i come to the spawn screen but no spawn point is selectable.(obviously)
Anyone run into this? and found a solution to it?

Clean and munge again. It's funny, but sometimes when everything else is supposed to work.

Yeah, sometimes i feel that the only real fix is to get up and come back in 5 hours. Oddly enough, it sometimes fixes it.
