What is happening to my CIS lander?

The Kamino platforms don't vanish... and if you zoom in it comes back into focus... it just kinda fades slowly at distance...

I think the view distance isn't far enough. This happened to me a lot with SWBF1, but I could be horribly wrong.

look in the modid.sky file and look for the nearscene/farscene entries! play with them!
