I've been trying to edit the textures of the Geonosis spires, but most of them are in MSH format. Has anyone been able to open them and edit their textures?

The textures aren't in .MSH format they are in .TGA

Tell uss if you got more problems

Well, here's my problem.

Just as an example, imagine I wanted to edit the colours for the "geo_prop_cliff_stones_1" and "geo_prop_cliff_stones_2" objects. The problem is, both these files are in MSH format and no TGA's of them exist.

they exist, but they might draw off of another TGA...

Open the MSH file as a text file in something - try Notepad. Search for ".tga", and you'll find the names of the textures it uses.
In your case:
cliff_stones_1 and cliff_stones_2 both use geo_bldg_spire_transition.tga for the hi-res mesh, and geo_bldg_spire_02_lowrez.tga for low-res.

Or you can open the MSH files in BConstructor and check all the .TGA files needed, and it is easyer;-)

Thanks for all your help guys, I decided to get rid of all the orange spires and replaced them with my custom canyons :)
