Barrier problems

Im haveing problem seting the barriers"you leaving the battlefied" when i place it in my map and then clean and munge it then test it its not there what am i doing wrong?
oh and could someone please reset my name to DravinClaw I am no longer with TAW,thanx

Barriers aren't for the map boundaries, they are for blocking areas that you don't want your AI to go into... for example, if you have a cliff with an instant death region, you'd put a barrier up so your troops wouldn't keep committing suicide by throwing themselves over the edge...
