Some people have had issues with Bink dll issues, please make sure to open the tools by going to start>programs>lucasarts>SWBF2>modtools.
I had 5 emails on this....

erm... guys...
the bf2_modtools.exe is the sptest....
you need to move it to your star wars battlefront II/gamedata folder, and THEN it will run
