here's one to try... geo_inf_acklay

Well the problem im having is I cant find a CIS hero that I can put anywhere, in regular infantry. Or I cant put a cis jedi in space, like dooku or even jango fett because they used their full name. I mean if your gonna put count dooku they might as well have put obiwan kenobi so that everything would be even :/

i tried replacing the cis sniper with the ackaly but the game crashed so i guess you cant hex some of the "other" guys in.

The CIS Sniper belongs to the "cis.lvl" file, and the Acklay, to "geo.lvl". Calling a unit from a *.LVL file when all other entities are associated with another one won't work...

i would really like to play as an acklay

I noticed this in the list: rep_hero_cloakedanakin. Can anyone tell me where in the game Anakin wears a cloak? Is this one of those things that's in the code but not in the game? Maybe I just missed it. Thanks!

I'm not sure on the cloaked Anakin, Obi5. I don't remember seeing him during the game either.

Thanks for the warm welcome Teancum! And for the answer Drummerzoid1. Are you really a drummer? I've been playing for close to 18 years myself.

Yeah, cloaked Anakin is on Coruscant and Mustafar. He is the only Anakin for the Empire. He's only a hero for the Empire for one or two levels, not sure. I've played with him on Coruscant. He plays alot like Ki Yadi Mundi. He has force choke and throw saber. Looks horrible. The original Anakin is more cool and attractive. (In a non-gay point of view heh) Oh, and thanks for the welcome.

Im new to hex editting so I may sound a bit noobish :- D but is it possible to put ships on ground maps? it could be awesome to get the republic gunship back on geonosis

Mekko, it is possible to insert star-ships on "ground maps", as long as the label of the vehicle you wish to place does not have an amount of bytes superior to the original one's... For sample, substitute "rep_walk_atte" by "rep_fly_vwing" can be done, but calling "rep_fly_gunship" instead might not work at all...
