I need a good image-converting program...

Yeah, I need a good image converting program so I can convert some of my skins into .TGAs. I already used up my Photoshop 30-day trial and I don't feel like paying for it. I found a really good Advanced Batch Converter, but I used up the trial on that one too. Anyone know where I can get a good, free image converter to convert my skins into .TGAs?
