My map not showing up in the instant action menu

I made a new map, munged it correctly, but when i opened the Modtools, it did not show up. I pasted the actual map folder into the Addon folder, and again, nothing. I didn't find anything about it in the FAQ either.

There are several steps you could have missed in the process. What process did you exactly follow? The reason this happens is usually because of a missed step. I've had it happen, this process is very specific.
