Map randomly stopped working

So I was making a slight edit to my map, and I accidently replaced team 2 with team 3. THis broke the map. I quickly fixed the script file and while the Clone Wars era works, my custom side does not work anymore that appears in the GCW era. I am heartbroken and have no idea what to do. I tried replacing everything on a backed-up older version of the map and still the same thing: the custom side will not load anymore. I get no errors either. I have no idea what to do and I really don't want to restart.
