A little help here

All I want to know is how do I make sense of the files? For example, I go to SIDES folder and open JED = jedi. And it shows a bunch of random letters and number and something in another language. I can't find a tutorial so could someone tell me how to get it in english?!?!? Do I need a certain hex editor to make it english?

In fact, you cannot convert hexa-decimal language into English or another language you could understand... You just have to be intuitive to know "mastering" that sort of modding...

try using something like ultra edit, that might make the gibberish a bit easier to understand.

I would simply wait until some mod tools are released. They'll be much easier to use than the hex-editing method. However I still don't have SIDES down for Battlefront I...
