There's any mod that changes the yellow color of titles of the mod maps?

No, AFAIK the different color can't be changed for all mods. If I'm not mistaken the unofficial 1.3 patch enabled individual mods to change their color though? But not change the default yellow for all other mods.

you can disable the custom map color in the 1.3 patch. Not sure if this will remove the yellow color, too. If not it is still possible to write your own gc script to wrap the function that adds the maps and change the default color from yellow to white.
