SWBFII "msvcp120.dll is either not designed to run ..."

I have already went to the Steam discussions where someone recommended I find help on here. 
So I downloaded SWBFII because I wanted the Nostalgia without having to pay EA money for future loot boxes. So when it was finished, I tried opening it, but it gave me this error message, "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\MSVCP120.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error." With the error code 0xc000012f.
All of the things I have done so far:
-Installed C++ Redistributable Packages 2013, 2015
-Enabled Stereo Mix
-Installed .NET Framework 4.7.1
-Went as far as to get a new msvcp120.dll file from a trusted vendor
-Uninstalled and Reinstalled the game
The specs of my computer:
Intel Core i5-7200u 2.5 2.7Ghz, 8 GB of ram (7.9 usable), 64-Bit, Intel HD Graphics 620
