CTD before map loads [FIXED]

Answer go to the control panel, hit sound, you'd get a box, enable disabled devices with right click, under recordings you'll get an "SETREO MIXER", enable it.So I got a new PC, battlefront 2 will open, but it won't load a map, if I start a map its A CTD no loading screen, etc, with that, there are head phones plugged in and this is windows 10, any ideas?
