Leap: 2x as many as someone would usually get:
Year after leap: .5x as many on bday, normal on christmas
2 years after leap: .5x as many on bday, .5x on christmas
Year before next leap: normal on bday, .5x on christmas

It really depends on the year. This year I did okay and came out with a new mouse, a $30 gift card, a new PC game and a great discount on a car.
